These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of coaching services provided by VVV Coaching through www.vvvcoaching.com and https://linktr.ee/viktoriavvv or any other associated booking and payment platform.

By purchasing a coaching service, you agree to the following terms, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

1. Coaching Services

VVV Coaching provides personal development, self-discovery, Ikigai, and life-alignment coaching services designed to support individuals in gaining clarity, developing self-awareness, overcoming personal obstacles, and taking meaningful action toward their goals.

Services may include:

  • Individual coaching sessions.

  • Silver Package — Ikigai Foundation (4 sessions).

  • Gold Package — Ikigai Immersion (12 sessions).

  • Personalised exercises, reflection materials, and resources.

  • Additional support where specifically included in the purchased package.

The content, duration, and benefits of each service are outlined on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Payments and Bookings

Full payment or an agreed instalment payment is required according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Clients must review and accept these Terms & Conditions before completing their purchase.

3. Strict Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law.

VVV Coaching does not offer voluntary cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges after payment has been completed.

This policy applies to:

  • Changes of mind or personal circumstances.

  • Changes in personal availability or priorities.

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions.

  • Failure to complete assigned exercises or programme activities.

  • Choosing to discontinue the programme before completion.

  • Unused sessions when the client voluntarily stops participating.

Purchasing a coaching package represents a commitment to the selected programme and its associated responsibilities.

Clients are encouraged to carefully consider their availability, readiness, and financial commitment before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy excludes statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer remedies.

4. Session Rescheduling and Attendance

Clients may request to reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being counted as completed, where legally permissible.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification may also result in the session being forfeited.

VVV Coaching may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

If VVV Coaching needs to reschedule a session, an alternative appointment will be offered without additional charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

Coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation.

Clients are expected to:

  • Attend sessions punctually.

  • Participate openly and respectfully.

  • Complete agreed exercises and reflections where reasonably possible.

  • Take responsibility for their personal decisions and actions.

  • Communicate any concerns regarding the coaching process.

The effectiveness of coaching depends on individual circumstances, commitment, and participation. Specific personal or professional outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

VVV Coaching respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without appropriate authorisation, except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, including relevant safeguarding or legal obligations.

7. Coaching Is Not Therapy

VVV Coaching provides personal development and life coaching services.

Coaching does not constitute psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical advice, or other regulated healthcare services.

Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

Clients requiring clinical or medical support should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

VVV Coaching reserves the right to recommend alternative professional support where coaching is not appropriate for a client's needs.

8. Intellectual Property

All original coaching materials, exercises, worksheets, frameworks, and resources provided by VVV Coaching remain the intellectual property of VVV Coaching or their respective rights holders.

Clients may use supplied materials for their personal development.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction, redistribution, resale, or publication of protected materials is prohibited without prior written permission.

9. Programme Changes and Termination

VVV Coaching may make reasonable adjustments to session scheduling, delivery methods, or programme materials while maintaining the essential services purchased.

VVV Coaching may suspend or terminate a coaching relationship in cases of serious misconduct, harassment, repeated violations of agreed boundaries, or circumstances making continued coaching inappropriate.

Any termination, refund, or compensation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the services already delivered.

10. Limitation of Liability

VVV Coaching does not guarantee specific results, including career changes, financial outcomes, relationship improvements, or personal transformation.

Clients retain responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VVV Coaching is not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions independently made by clients.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits a client's mandatory consumer rights.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected through booking platforms, intake forms, and coaching communications is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Changes to These Terms

VVV Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on the website. Changes will not retroactively alter existing client agreements without a valid legal basis or the client's agreement where required.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of their country of habitual residence where legally applicable.
